I hope everyone is having a great weekend! We had a great time last night at The 11th Annual John Kelly Awards put on by The Surfrider Foundation of Oahu. Great music, food, people and a great place to get some holiday shopping done with their extensive silent auctions! Mahalo to Surfrider and everyone who contributed to such a nice evening in Waimea Valley!
I have just placed some originals on my website for sale. We have been doing a major studio and workshop clean up and some fun things always pop up when you do this (after 3 years of not! ha ha!!)
There is always a lot of interest in commercial art, the art that makes up the world we see each and every day, the art that sells products, ideas or just looks fun. Heather Brown Announces Fall/WInter 2013 Oahu Hawaii Art Shows
Aloha!
I will be having 4 shows between now and mid January right here at home on Oahu!
My show schedule is:
November 21, 2013 - Mu'umu'u Heaven in Kailua (collaboration show with The Captain)
December 14, 2013 - I will be part of the 8th annual Surf Art show at The Wyland gallery in Haleiwa
December 30, 2013 - Solo show at The Wyland Gallery in Waikiki
January 3, 2014 - The Greenroom Gallery in Waikiki (special collaboration show with The Captain)
If you are on Island, I sure hope that you can make it to one or all! Each show will be different with different originals, etc as well as different themes that I am so excited to show!

Hawaii Surf Artist Heather Brown Donates Artwork for the Mauli Ola Foundation
Aloha and Happy Weekend!
Rain Rain Rain here today on the North Shore, but those who know me well, know how much I love it when we get rain storms!
I donated some art for The Mauli Ola Foundation's 2nd Annual North Shore Benefit Concert featuring great music, silent auctions, raffles, and the money all goes to help kids with Cystic Fibrosis. Great event, going to be tons of fun and it is all for a GREAT cause.
